Pathumwan Princess Hotel is delighted to have been awarded the Tourism Authority of Thailand’s “Amazing Thailand” Safety & Health Administration (SHA) certificate, by demonstrating commitment to the highest standards of sanitation, hygiene and safety. SHA certification is a newly created scheme that has been introduced to enhance confidence amongst international and domestic tourists, as the country’s businesses emerge from COVID-19 lockdown. The accreditation, which also allows the hotel to display the SHA logo for the next 2 years, was presented to General Manager Stefan Heintze by Mr. Noppadol Pakprot, TAT’s Deputy Governor of Domestic Marketing, on Tuesday 23rd June. The SHA success of the property is the result of ensuring the well-being and confidence of both guests and staff.
A pleased Stefan Heintze, General Manager said: “At the hotel, we have been working hard to implement new operating procedures to provide the reassuring safety and hygiene requirements that will ensure guests can visit and stay with us in complete confidence. This award is important recognition of the protocols we have put in place, and I would like to thank both TAT for providing direction, and to all the hotel staff who have worked so hard in implementing the new procedures”.
