The Nine Neighborhood Center is an Open Mall shopping center in a semi-concept of 4 Elements:

Natural: Represents the center pieces and decoration designed in a concept of Tropical Village’s Vertical Garden surrounded by beautiful greenery from tropical trees, which also has ventilated open space giving that cool natural tropic coolness.

Integrated: The Nine has a massive variety of more than 200 shops that provide products and services in order to meet all the needs of people living in communities around.

Neighborhood: Putting first the importance of community as the main consideration, The Nine was incorporated to create unity, happiness and comfort to surrounding people.

Environment; The Nine adheres to its commitment to environmental support and as such, it promotes wastewater treatment, use of energy efficiency and conservation and other environmental projects sustainable for the future.
